Corporate lease

Corporate lease

A Corporate Lease is a lease agreement entered into by a company to house one of its employees. There are two possible arrangements:

  • The lease is signed by the company, which pays the rent directly. In this case, the tenant is the company itself, and we systematically specify in the lease agreement the name of the exclusive occupant(s) of the property.
  • The lease is signed by the occupant, who receives a housing allowance from their employer (in addition to their salary package). This allowance may cover part or all of the rent.

A Corporate Lease is an agreement whose terms are tailored to the specific needs of each party.
