How do we find tenants (mostly expats)

We have built an extensive network of partners:

• We collaborate with all (circa 250) relocation agencies in Paris who are in charge of helping expatriates settling down in the city;
• We work closely with ‘international mobility’ departments of large corporations that have recurring housing needs for their employees.
• Many expatriates arriving in France also reach out to us directly through the expatriate community

In addition to that, we make every effort to rent the properties we manage rapidly :

• we impartially inform owners on the most appropriate strategy to rent rapidly and efficiently (rental value, necessary renovation, furniture…)
• we take a large number of pictures with professional high standard equipment (wide angle camera and full-frame, HDR processing…)
• we use cutting edge technology : walk-in videos, 360° virtual visits, certified digital signature
• we publish on all major classified plateforms reaching several million unique visitors each month
• we are extremely demanding regarding the candidate applications, never leaving them the benefit of the doubt. For personal leases, all references are systematically checked.
